Jesus was once asked – What must a man do to inherit eternal life. His answer forms the basis of our purpose as a church. We exist for 3 reasons:

LOVE GOD

Jesus said that we are to love the Lord our God with all out heart, with all our soul, with all our mind and with all our strength. This means that we are to love God passionately. As a church we exist to help people love God with everything in them.

LOVE PEOPLE

Jesus went onto to say, that as we love God passionately we are to love people fervently. God does not want us as Christians just to love Him. He wants us to love the world. Loving people in the church and in the community with great fervency is our second purpose for existence.

LOVE LIFE

In another statement that Jesus made, He said that He had come into the world to give people life and life with abundance. He also said that the devil is here to rob people of life. Our final purpose is to encourage people to have a great enthusiasm for life. To live life widely and experience the great things that life has to offer.
